1. Documents to be submitted
     
   • A group visa application letter from local travel agency.
       
   • Confirmation fax or letter with group _code from an authorized travel agency in China.
       
   • Original valid passports and one photocopy of the passports of the group members.
       
   • Three copies of properly completed "List of Visitor Group".
       
2. Information typewritten in the List of Visitor Group must be accurate, with the last name underlined. Any misspelling or wrong information provided may lead to refusal of entry.
     
3. Give a 1-10 serial number on the List, if the group is over 11 people or more, please number the second page of List starting with 11, etc.
     
4. In order to speed up the process of passport examination at the border control, please label each member's passport with a number sticker which should be identical with the serial number given on the List of Visitor Group.
     
5. The group visa fee is $110/person for American, and $24/person for citizens of other countries. Express service fee shall be charged in the same way as for individual visa application.
     
6. A minimum of five (5) working days for the process from the date of acceptance of the application.
