Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya Meets with U.S. Diplomat

On October 15, 2008, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya met in the Foreign Ministry with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Jendayi Frazer, who is here for the third China-U.S. consultation meeting on African affairs.
